The ZZ is a high-performance, heavy-duty shredder designed for optimal processing of tough materials. With rotor diameters from 175 cm to 300 cm and inlet widths ranging from 160 cm to 300 cm, it delivers unmatched efficiency.

The ZZ is equipped with advanced features such as a hydraulically driven feed system with optional Feed Optimizer for prepressing bulk materials and hydraulic anvil clamping for secure anvil positioning during shredding. The rotor and feed roller design allows for effective material compaction, while the innovative electric drive system ensures smooth operation and energy efficiency.

The ZZ’s durable, wear-resistant housing and components are designed for easy maintenance, with features like a tiltable housing and a quick-access rotor. A fire supression system enhances safety, while an optional dust supression system improves the operation.
