The ZM is a compact, robust shredder designed for efficient processing of steel and electronic scrap. With a inlet width of 150 cm and rotor diameters of 110 cm and 160 cm, the ZM delivers powerful performance in a small footprint. The material is fed through a conveyor to the shredder’s feed opening, where it is torn apart by the high-speed rotor.
The ZM is built from heavy-duty welded steel, while its housing is lined with highly wear-resistant plates for durability. The rotor operates at 750 rpm, driven by electric motors with up to 370 kW power output. The ZM is equipped with a hydraulically adjustable coarse material ejection door for non-shreddable items, enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, the machine is easy to maintain, with a tiltable housing and accessible rotor. The ZM is ideal for applications requiring high throughput, reliable shredding and material recovery in small-scale scrap processing.
