NxtCut Wing delivers powerful dual-wing compaction, up to 1,000 tonnes of cutting force and intelligent automation for fast, efficient and reliable scrap processing.

NxtCut Wing is a powerful stationary scrap shear engineered for fast, reliable processing of light to medium-heavy scrap. Delivering up to 1,000 tonnes of cutting force and featuring a long press box, it combines exceptional compaction performance with highly efficient automated cutting.

Its dual press wings generate up to 400 tonnes of force at the optimal angle, ensuring rapid and effective compression of bulky and mixed scrap such as pipes, bars, ELV and production waste. Generous overstroke reduces friction and wear, extending component life while improving throughput.

The 400-bar system maximises energy efficiency, while optional pre-fill hopper solutions allow improved performance. Intelligent automation, predictive maintenance tools and remote monitoring via myLindemann provide full process transparency and maximum availability.
