NxtCut is a powerful, stationary scrap shear designed to process light to medium-heavy scrap with exceptional efficiency and reliability. With a shear force of up to 1,000 tonnes and a long press box, it effortlessly compresses, logs and cuts bulky scrap, from light mixed scrap, to pipes, bars and steel structures.
Its electro-hydraulic drive and 400-bar technology deliver outstanding energy efficiency, while the parallel-guided side compactor and optimised press lid provide up to 250 tonnes of compaction force exactly where it is needed. Generous overstroke reduces friction and wear, extending component life and lowering maintenance costs.
The integrated feed hopper enables continuous loading from both sides without external pre-filling equipment, improving uptime and reducing energy use. Intelligent automation, remote monitoring via myLindemann, and predictive maintenance tools ensure maximum availability, optimised cycle times and full process transparency.
