The TXS is a robust, heavy-duty shredder designed for high-throughput shredding in growth economies. With an inlet width of 230 cm and rotor diameter of 175 cm, the TXS delivers powerful shredding performance for various materials.

The material is fed via a steel plate conveyor or chute into the shredder, where it is processed by dual feed rollers with welded staggered bars and powered by Hägglunds hydraulic drive motors. The heavy-duty open disc rotor rotates at 500 rpm, driven by high-power electric motors, ensuring optimal motor use and energy efficiency through Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) technology. The TXS is equipped with a hydraulically adjustable coarse material ejection door, ensuring smooth operation and quick ejection of non-shreddable parts.

Maintenance is easy, with tiltable housing for rotor access and a robust frame designed to withstand heavy loads. The Shredder Drive Assistant (SDA) optimizes throughput and reduces power spikes, while the water injection system ensures efficient dust and fire control. With various plant layouts available, the TXS is customizable to meet specific shredding and separation needs.
